Helen Hsu is a dual licensed, 24 year civil litigator. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Medical Technology from L.S.U. and her law degree from L.S.U. Paul M. Helen Hsu's extensive experience includes working for the Louisiana House of Appropriations Committee, drafting legislation. Ms. Hsu relocated from Baton Rouge, LA to Houston, Texas in 1995.
